I was browsing in a charity shop and came across a book on dog behaviour. I took a photo of the back of the book cover:


We visited Germany, briefly, on the way to a party in nearby France. I saw no phone boxes in the streets of Strasbourg (where we had been staying prior) – very strange – but here is one from the town of Baden Baden.

Woody Allen pretends to make a phone call in the tv series ‘Crisis in six scenes‘ and in the New Year’s day ‘Sherlock‘ episode there is a classic London scene with a phone box…

I visited the Sir John Soane’s Museum in London recently and was reminded of why this blog exists in the first place:
This is a wonderful museum and I can’t believe I have lived in London for almost 20 years and never visited before!
