A couple of weekends ago saw a march in London, in support of the Palestinian cause. These photos were sent in by Shiraz Chanawala, who attended the march. I’ve included many of his photos are they are too good not to share. Thank-you Shiraz.

I’ve been playing Candy Crush for probably over a decade and now have found another game to become a little obsessed over – Ghost Detective (Netflix). Here are some screenshots featuring a phone box – hidden or not.

Update October 2026: I hadn’t played the game for a bit and when I tried logging on a couple of weeks ago it was gone! I don’t really do phone games as I can’t stand the constant attempts to get you to buy add ons etc and the need to click through a number of screens to get to play the game itself. This one didn’t do that so finding a replacement might be a drag. Damn you Netflix.
Ahead of myself
I recently came across an image on FB and then, just now, as I was bringing an old suitcase downstairs, I realised I had placed this same image front and centre on a hatbox that I had covered with postcards (c.1992):
I think I might have done this c. 1992, meaning I was getting ahead of myself. I didn’t start photographing phoneboxes until c. 1997.
